Sleep Trials — We Match (and Extend) the Manufacturer Provided Sleep Trial
At Millie’s Mattress, your comfort comes first.
Many of the brands we carry offer in-home sleep trials. We honor and match each manufacturer’s sleep trial, so you can shop with confidence knowing you’ll have time to truly experience your mattress at home.
Examples include:
- Tempur-Pedic: 90 nights (depending on promotion)
- Helix: 120 nights
- Other brands may offer their own trial periods
Each manufacturer’s trial follows its own guidelines, including any required break-in period.

Even after a manufacturer’s sleep trial ends, you’re still covered by Millie’s Comfort Promise Policy.
Millie’s Comfort Promise Policy (Up to One Year)
If your mattress doesn’t feel quite right over time, we’ve got you covered.
For all mattresses, we offer a one-time comfort exchange within one (1) year of purchase, using the credit schedule below.
This applies to:
- Mattresses that include a manufacturer sleep trial (as an extension beyond their trial)
- Mattresses that do not include a published sleep trial
Exchange Credit Schedule
First 90 Days:
100% credit toward another mattress
Months 4–6:
50% credit
Months 7–12:
25% credit
Credit applies toward a mattress of equal or greater value.
If a lesser-priced mattress is selected, the remaining credit is forfeited.
Comfort Exchange Requirements
To qualify:
- Mattress purchase must be $1,199 or more (before tax)
- A mattress protector must be purchased at the time of sale
- A minimum 30-night break-in period is required
- One comfort exchange per purchase
- Customer is responsible for any price difference
- An exchange delivery fee applies (minimum $199, based on location)
Items Not Eligible for Exchange
The following are excluded:
- Mattresses that are stained, damaged, odor-contaminated, or unsanitary
- Adjustable bases
- Floor models, clearance items, special orders, or odd sizes
- Accessories (pillows, sheets, protectors, etc.)
- Promotional items (retail value deducted from exchange credit)
